I know, I know, I said I would never do it, but the food was just so beautifully presented over there, and I was with two other people who started every course with around of happy snapping, so why not? When in Rome (Tokyo) 'n' all that...

I total get it! I was late to start too ... I have so many eating experiences where I now wish I had been one of those people who photographs their food, a whole lot earlier - what a great way to create a keepsake of your own memories - let alone letting you share it with all of us :))
