Found it!

Ah-ha, look what I just found while spring-cleaning (just throwing things away really; there hasn't been much actual cleaning involved so far) - the menu for the Jamie Oliver dinner at Alio I wrote about back in June in the post It was a very good year!

It seems I misremembered the inscription but hey, I still think it's cool, or as Jamie would say lubberly jubberly!
